September 1, 2009 Updates
The following updates are being made to the IACCS/FACCS Professional Educator Certification Manual and will be published and available on the FACCS and IACCS web sites on September, 1, 2009 as version number 3.2
A new certification level - Professional Services - for those who do not fit into Teacher or Administrator levels. Primarily for Library/Media services, Guidance Counselors, School Counselors, Deans, etc.
Addition of an approved list of endorsements from which applicants MUST select if required or desire an endorsement.
Removal of the required thirty (30) FACCS Sponsored ISPs for certification renewal. Renewal applicants still need a total of ninety (90) ISPs in a five (5) year period approved and accrued by the Master Inservice Program.
