If you wish to make a payment to FACCS by check or money order, please make it out to: FACCS. Select the appropriate mailing address below and mail the check via postal service. PO Boxes can only accept USPS mail.

If you wish to make payment using a credit card, debit card, or E-check, select the appropriate category below and click the Paypal button below to complete your transaction. Once at the transaction page, you will need to manually input the amount you are paying.
You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service. On the first page, in the lower left hand corner, you have the option of continuing the payment process without a PayPal account. Just click that link and you will be asked for your credit card information.
There is a 3% transaction fee for using this service that will be applied as “Shipping and Handling” on the final the transaction page.
