FACCS Publications

If you would like to take an online quiz for an issue of the Life@School educational journal and earn one (1) Inservice Point (ISP) toward FACCS Teacher/Administrator Certification renewal, please follow the directions below:

1. Select the issue quiz you desire to take from the list below:
"In The Beginning" - Fall 2007
"Oxygen for Leaders" - Spring 2008

2. Click here to go to the FACCS Payments page.

2. Determine what method of payment you wish to use (mail or electronic).

3. Mail or pay online (preferred) your payment to the FACCS Office of Program Services.

If paying by mail, please include the issue quiz you want and your e-mail address on your check or money-order.

If paying online, please do so by selecting Certification Fees #6160 from the pull-down list. Then click on the Click Here to Pay button below the list. Once at PayPal, in the Item box, type the name of the issue quiz you desire. In the Unit Price box type, 10.00 for the $10 fee. Follow the rest of the directions for complete the transaction. There is a small transaction fee for using the online payment system.

4. Once payment is received, you will be sent an e-mail with the link to the online quiz. Follow the directions in the link to access and to take the quiz.

5. Once your quiz is received, you will receive your certificate via e-mail attachment at your submitted e-mail address. It could take up to 4 weeks to process your ISP certificate.
