The FACCS Creative Writing Regional Festivals and State Competition are writing events for 1st through 8th grade students.

FACCS Creative Writing Regional Festival 2011
Poetry and Essay topics will be available here on October 22nd.
Online Registration (link on left) will be available on November 24th and must be completed by no later than January 14, 2011.
The Regional Festival is held via post mail as entries are mailed in to be judged. Entries must arrive at your regional event location by no later than Friday, January 21, 2011. LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!!!! Click here for addresses to which you should send your entries.
Contact your regional or event coordinator for specific mailing instructions.
Regional Festival entries in each grade and category that receive the highest evaluation with at least an "Excellent" rating will be automatically forwarded to the FACCS Creative Writing State Competition.
Entries will be mailed back to the school after February 18th
FACCS Creative Writing State Competition
The piece in each category/grade with the highest evaluation with at least an "Excellent" rating from the Regional Festival will be automatically forwarded on to this Competition.
Winners from this event will be published on this web site.
Entries from this event will be mailed back to the school after March 15th.
